The Open Coffee Club phenomenon has already proven to be a big hit in Bangalore and other cities world wide. According to the official website,
The Open Coffee Club was started to encourage entrepreneurs, developers and investors to organise real-world informal meetups to chat, network and grow.
What is it?
This is an attempt to establish recognized, open and regular meeting places where entrepreneurs can meet with investors and candidates (and anyone else who fancies coming along) in a totally informal setting.
Who is invited?
Anyone. This is not about meeting any particular group of people or about making presentations, hopefully it’s about giving people focussed times and places where they can hang out and connect with others — not locked inside an office or at a private members club. Going forward, we would like to have a regular place and time fixed for having OCCs, and maybe make it a weekly or bi-monthly event.
We have kept “Web & Mobile” as the broad focus area of this first OCC. You can register here (not compulsory but helps us in planning the event).
